- Design, develop, and maintain backend Python applications supporting industrial IT, AI/ML, and GenAI initiatives across different business domains.
- Build and deploy AI-driven solutions such as document intelligence pipelines (automated PDF parsing and data extraction), chatbots, and advanced data processing services.
- Integrate backend and AI solutions into AWS cloud environments, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with industrial-grade requirements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional and international teams based in France, India, and Vietnam, contributing throughout the full lifecycle from Proof of Concept to production deployment.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical design decisions, and continuous improvement of backend services and AI pipelines.
- Ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability through best engineering practices, testing, documentation, and code reviews.
- Gradually take on technical leadership responsibilities, supporting and guiding a small development team based in Barcelona as the project evolves.

- At least 3 years of experience in backend Python development.
- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (Lambda, S3, SageMaker, or similar).
- Experience working in or with industrial environments (energy, manufacturing, aerospace, etc.).
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate across international teams and time zones.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
