We are looking for a student or recent graduate of HR or Psychology, proactive, rigorous attention to detail, good at writing in English and Spanish or French, willing to be involved 100% into the company operations.
Minimum requirements
– To be studying Psychology, Labour Relations or recent graduation.
– Be able to carry out an internship agreement with the University, for a minimum of 6 months.
– Good at writing in English and Spanish or French
– Proactivity.
Part-time mornings or afternoons
Main Tasks:
– Write and publish Job descriptions
– Curricular screening
– Set up interviews
– Being involved in the day-to-day tasks related to recruiting
– Improve HR policies including onboarding, off boarding, holidays, and remote/hybrid policy.
– IImproving talent recruitment processes
– Being in contact and give support to the managers in the different locations (Spain, France, Switzerland and Singapore )
